Personal Introduction

As attorneys with over 25 years of experience, Khani & Auerbach prides itself on three elements that set us apart from others: 1. A Long-Term Perspective: Our firm creates long-term relationships with clients, being that guide, assisting them to create problem-free transactional environments and solving problems before they erupt into litigation. Looking at this perspective allows us to break away from the common short-sighted thinking that most often causes conflicts or negative situations not benefiting the client in the long run. This long-term perspective allows us to serve you in the most cost effective manner, benefiting both the client and the long-term relationship. Each and every single matter is accepted with those thoughts in mind. We truly aim to be your counselors at law. 2. Focused Practice: Khani & Auerbach is a highly focused practice, taking on matters that we are skilled, and experienced, in handling. For over 25 years, we have practiced our selected areas, on the daily. This focus allows us to be knowledgeable, and skilled, in these areas from hands-on experience. Our commitment to focusing on these focused areas of practice ensures we are always effective for clients. 3. Boutique Setting with an ART GALLERY: For years, we have maintained a law firm atmosphere that ensures the presentation of our values. In addition to being a lawyer, partner Khila Khani is also an artist and there is a working art gallery inside. Additionally, because we are not an oversized law firm, with several compartmentalized departments meant for each and every aspect of a real estate transaction, each person you speak with in the office will know about your matter. In matters of real estate, this is important to avoid getting caught up in the minutia of firms with several different departments. With this boutique setting, we are able to keep our commitments to focusing on the client.
