Personal Introduction
Kyle Kent received his Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern State University and J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. After law school Kyle obtained his license to practice law in the state of Missouri and began his legal career by accepting a position as a Public Defender for the Missouri State Public Defender. Kyle was there for a year where he gained invaluable trial experience by fighting for the rights of the indigent. While there he obtained a not guilty verdict via a jury trial. Kyle then accepted a position at a local Springfield plaintiff’s personal injury firm where he practiced for over four years by standing up to insurance companies fighting for the rights of injured victims. In July of 2023, Kyle Kent teamed up with a colleague, Ken Eckhauser, to launch Show MO Justice, LLC. Kyle brings his legal knowledge and expertise to Show MO Justice to continue fighting for people who have been injured through the carelessness of others and those facing criminal prosecution. Kyle is passionate about providing aggressive representation to achieve the best outcome for his client’s legal circumstance.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Darya, and their son, Christian. Kyle is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association (SMBA) and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA).
