Personal Introduction
I focus a large portion of my legal practice on Immigration law, including E Treaty Investor Visas, EB-1 petitions, other Employment and Family-based petitions, investment and business matters, Special Immigrant Visas including VAWA, DACA, Adjustment of Status, E-3, and Student Visas. Mandamus litigation has also become an important part of my practice in recent years. My practice has always been focused on a few areas in which I have gained tremendous experience, including EB-1s and E-2 Treaty Visas and family petitions among others, and I have always been a huge believer that nothing beats experience, good mentorship, and referring cases to those with the right expertise and mindset as you.

As a specialized boutique firm Laily and her partner Tara focus majority of their practice on certain areas of law and have approved hundreds of cases including EB-1s and E-2 Treaty Investor Visas, among many other petition types. They also handle all family-based petitions including VAWA self petitioners, naturalization, etc. They also litigate in federal court and file mandamus cases in various consular processing delay and other matters. Laily has devoted majority of her practice over the past 12 years to immigration. She is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has worked with countless talent, top athletes, movie and TV professionals, artists, and entrepreneurs in their immigration journey. Laily and her partner are known to give candid advice and trusted by their clients and their referrals. Laily has had a diverse background. Prior to starting her own practice, Laily also has worked in Bankruptcy and Worker's Comp defense. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at WSCL. She's has honorably served as a JAG attorney. She also served as a certified clerk in the Orange County District Attorney's Office Gang Unit. She is fluent in English and Farsi and the firm provides services in Turkish and Azeri as well.

Laily has a passion for helping those need and has always provided pro bono services, including to the Public Law Center in Bankruptcy, Reaffirmation and Domestic Violence Clinics and on an ongoing basis in immigration matters. She was the Recipient of State Bar of California Wiley W. Manual Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Service. She is in the process of starting up her 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation. She enjoys working out, music, dance, traveling and most of all spending time with her family & three riots and joys of life!
