A native of Salina, Lance cares deeply about giving back to the area where he lives and works. Outside his private practice, he strives to improve the community by developing real estate. In 2005, Lance founded a nonprofit known as the Community Housing Development Corporation of Central Kansas. The organization’s goal is to provide quality housing in an affordable manner to low-moderate income persons while simultaneously working to solve housing challenges in the region. Lance is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and is the past President of the Salina-Ottawa County Bar Association and the Vice-President of the Notre Dame Club of Salina, Kansas.
