Layi Oduyingbo, Esq. ("Attorney Odu") is the founder of ODU Law Firm, LLC. As an underrepresented minority, he is proud to serve individuals who are underestimated and often overlooked in the fight for justice. Layi was born in Providence, Rhode Island and raised in the Ocean State. He founded ODU Law Firm, LLC, with a specific goal in mind—to bring a new type of personal injury and employment rights law firm to the New England area; one focused on creating meaningful client relationships that are built on honesty, trust, and respect. Layi Oduyingbo, Esq. was honored and selected by New England Super Lawyers as a Rising Star attorney. He earned a full-tuition scholarship to attend Roger Williams University School of Law and he is an active board member of the law school's alumni association.

Attorney Odu is always looking for opportunities to volunteer in the community. Whether he is speaking on a panel to students for Junior Achievement of Rhode Island or serving as a mentor for young professionals for Year Up Rhode Island, Layi is always motivated to provide support to and inspire the next generation. Currently, Attorney Odu also serves the state in his role as a Commissioner for Rhode Island's very first Cannabis Control Commission.
