Personal Introduction

Levi Y. Glick is an experienced attorney who has worked in various capacities within the legal industry. He has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide range of legal matters, including insurance disputes, personal injury cases, and insurance coverage issues. Levi's extensive experience has given him a unique perspective on how insurance companies evaluate claims and the defenses they use to fight them. As the founder of LYG Law PLLC, Levi is focused on representing Plaintiffs in First-Party insurance claims and Personal Injury claims. He has successfully resolved hundreds of cases and secured over a million dollars in coverage for policyholders and assignees through negotiations, litigation, and mediations. Prior to founding LYG Law, Levi worked for a mid-sized South Florida based firm that exclusively concentrated in First-Party litigation representing residential homeowner’s, commercial businesses owners, including contractors, restoration companies, and remediation companies. He also worked as a trial attorney for a large personal injury firm in New York representing individuals who were harmed by the actions of others. Levi's legal career began as In-House Counsel for a large auto insurance carrier in New York, defending matters involving no-fault benefits and representing the carrier extensively in arbitrations and court. He also worked for a large firm specializing in insurance coverage issues, where he counseled insurance companies on First-Party and Third-Party insurance coverage issues. Levi was involved in various activities and associations during his time at law school, including the Pace I.P., Sports & Entertainment Law Forum, of which he was the Productions and Articles Editor. He authored an article on the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA), which prohibited sports betting, and accurately predicted that it would be found to be unconstitutional in its application. He was also an active member of the Jewish Law Students Association, serving a term as Vice President.
