I am a highly experienced commercial litigator and a Columbia and NYU Law graduate. Among other accomplishments, I have represented the winning side in more than 25 reported state and federal decisions at the lower court and appellate levels. I am known as being smart, analytical, thorough, resourceful and professional while also relentless – the latter perhaps a carryover from my college wrestling and club rugby days.

I am a highly experienced commercial litigator well-versed in prosecuting and defending actions involving complex business, RICO, corporate, contract, employment, securities fraud, intellectual property, entertainment, real estate, and arbitration disputes.
