Licensed to practice law in NY & CT, Lorraine formed Galvis & Co.®️, in October 2014. Her law firm is a certified minority & woman-owned business enterprise (MWB/E) and disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE). Lorraine’s clients range from artists, musicians, restaurant owners, and social media influencers, to cannabis retailers, independent eCommerce companies, and community colleges. She provides legal counsel regarding commercial contracts and trademark registrations and enforcement and currently has ~30 registrations under her firm’s management. Galvis & Co.®️ currently has offices in Brooklyn, NY, and New London, CT. Lorraine and her family moved to CT almost 2 years ago during the pandemic, after her husband was awarded the piano seat for the U.S. Coast Guard Band.
