Personal Introduction

Louyse Siegel is an estate planning attorney licensed in Texas and the Co-Founder of Fair Winds Law PLLC. As a mother, military spouse, and breast cancer survivor, her journey has been anything but ordinary, giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges her clients face. She draws on her personal experiences to guide military families, LGBTQ+ clients, and those facing life-changing diagnoses through complex legal issues with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Louyse graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law while raising her children alongside her husband, a retired U.S. Marine Corps service member. Having lived the reality of frequent moves, deployments, and legal red tape, she brings first-hand knowledge to helping military families and veterans build estate plans that adapt to their ever-changing lives. Her own battle with breast cancer reshaped her perspective on planning for the future. She knows the peace of mind that comes from having a plan in place and is passionate about helping others protect what matters most—no matter what life brings.
