Current member of the Transaction Tax Advisory team at EY. My practice focuses on advising clients with respect to the tax and structuring aspects of mergers and acquisitions, spin‑offs, restructurings, joint ventures and SPACs, both domestically and cross‑border. I have also worked with clients on other financing transactions as well as private ruling matters. My current role requires communicating how the technical points impact a deal or business decision from a tax perspective and managing the overall deal process.
