Practice Summary

I come from a family of lawyers am a fourth generation Uplander, carrying the benefit and burden of a good name left by my forebearers. I have practiced family, civil and criminal law throughout the Inland Empire for 27 years and have achieved published opnions in multiple fields of law. I go to trial regularly. I am admitted and have had cases before the US Supreme Court, the 9th Circuit, all Federal Districts in California and of course the California Supreme Court. My practice involves establishing trust with my clients by providing them with the best advice for them which often includes how to avoid avoidable attorney fees. To avoid disputes regarding our services, and the fees for them, all communications with clients are memorialized in emails to make sure we are always on the same page as our clients. In 27 years, I have guided thousands of people to the best possible resolutions for their situations and am able to do so by having solid understandings not only of the root area of law, but also the related areas insomuch as many casees involve several types of law and several types of courts.
