He has tried numerous cases in state and federal district and appellate courts and has argued successfully before the Iowa Supreme Court. Marc is the only practicing attorney in central Iowa who has both a law degree and medical degree. Marc is married to his wife, Janet, and they have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys flying his Cessna Cardinal RG airplane, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family. Marc is also an avid bicyclist and has participated in RAGBRAI ten times.
