Personal Introduction

Marianne C. Laleuf-Thom serves as Counsel in the San Diego office focusing primarily on financial services, complex lender liability, mortgage banking, real estate and commercial litigation. Marianne Laleuf-Thom is Counsel at Klinedinst PC. Throughout her career, Marianne has handled a diverse variety of matters involving, employment disputes, trust and estate litigation and administration, contentious conservatorship proceedings, insurance defense and subrogation, and real property disputes. Most recently, Marianne worked as Corporate Counsel for a large mortgage company where she advised on title and real property issues, and worked to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Marianne is passionate about client service and diligently works to develop strategies to efficiently resolve disputes. In 2022, she was recognized by her peers and named one of the region’s Rising Stars in San Diego Super Lawyers. No more than 2.5 percent are ever featured in the Rising Stars list. Marianne earned her Bachelor of the Arts degree, with highest honors, from the University of California, Berkeley. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law with Honors Distinction in trial skills.
