Practice Summary

My firm and I practice in the fields of intellectual property and business law which includes prosecution, transactions and litigation. In addition to myself, I have licensed patent attorneys in the technical fields of computer/software, chemical engineering, and mechanical engineering. Annually, the firm obtains in excess of 75 issued U.S. Patents. I have prosecuted in excess of 400 trademark applications before the USPTO, and engaged in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, and ICANN for domain name disputes. I routinely appear in United States District Courts, and state Courts in New York, New Jersey and California. Litigation matters are charged on an hourly basis plus costs. Contract drafting, IP applications and responses are charged on a flat fee plus costs and filing fees.
