Personal Introduction

Markus A. Sermons is a compassionate litigation attorney focusing on Probate Administration, Trust Litigation, Estate Planning, and general Civil Litigation. Prior to starting Sermons Law, he spent several years in public service and private practice. He has spent years building on courtroom and legal skills first learned while litigating criminal matters in the Juvenile and Felony divisions. Early in his law career, Mr. Sermons worked for the Office of the State Attorney and the Office of the Public Defender. Mr. Sermons has extensive courtroom experience and the know-how to get things accomplished. Additionally, Mr. Sermons worked with Court Administration, where he was a Staff Attorney in the Probate Division. As Staff Attorney in the Probate Division, he worked closely with the Honorable Peter L. Dearing on hundreds of cases. Attorney Sermons has a passion for people and a genuine desire to help. He enjoys using his experience to help clients solve legal issues efficiently and effectively using critical problem-solving techniques and a level dedication that stems from an authentic concern for the well-being of clients.
