RusCrane Law Firm, a 501(c)(3) public charity, provides legal services, pro bono and low bono, to immigrants and their families. For the public good, we are committed to indigent persons within the community in greater San Diego County. Immigration law and policy is the top priority to share the knowledge about and to assist with in our community. Our charitable and community work focuses on immigration law, legal education, and access to justice for individuals and families facing urgent legal needs. Where services are provided through a qualified 501(c)(3) public charity, donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility. I remain deeply committed to community-based legal service, including pro bono, low-bono, and flat-fee assistance when capacity allows. Much of her charitable and volunteer work I've focused on immigrant families, individuals in crisis, and communities affected by humanitarian emergencies, including Afghan evacuation efforts and the Russia/Ukraine war. Through my practice and community involvement, I work to expand access to legal information and representation for individuals and families who may otherwise struggle to navigate the legal system. Immigration law and policy remain central to my public-service work, including pro bono, low-bono, and community-based assistance for immigrant families and individuals affected by humanitarian crises. I am also involved in broader bar and professional service, including recent selection for serving as a California Lawyers Association Alternate Delegate to the American Bar Association.
