Personal Introduction
Matt Greenfield’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He works with clients on both the contractual and transactional aspects of the business lifecycle within the private and public sectors. Matt previously worked in New York City representing insurance companies in various civil litigation matters. Upon returning home to South Florida, he decided that his skillset was better utilized doing transactional work and joined Caldera Law for the opportunity to help his clients close deals, grow their businesses, and resolve disputes without litigation. Matt graduated from the University of Michigan in 2016 and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2019. Matt is barred in both Florida and New York.
