Personal Introduction

Hi, I'm Matt Odgers, a San Diego native with a passion for law and a commitment to serving the needs of my clients. After completing my undergraduate studies in Political Science at Purdue University, I pursued my dream of becoming a lawyer and attended law school in San Diego. For the past decade, I have found a niche in working with dentists and veterinarians on various legal matters, such as buying or selling practices, associate employment agreements, partnerships, DSOs (Dental Support Organizations), and office lease negotiations. When I'm not practicing law, I enjoy spending quality time with my two dogs—a gentle Great Dane and a loving rescue. Being a San Diego native, I also have a deep appreciation for the outdoors and love engaging in activities such as surf photography, traveling, snowboarding, and camping. These hobbies provide a much-needed balance to my professional life and allow me to recharge and connect with nature. Throughout my career, I have successfully handled numerous significant cases, ensuring favorable outcomes for my clients.
