Matt Hailey graduated from Colorado State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, concentrating in both Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Minor in Economics. He then graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2001 where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He worked at the Shawnee County District Attorney's office prosecuting DUI cases. He was called back home to Colorado where he spent over two decades representing insurance companies and employers in Workers' Compensation matters.
