I have been a practicing attorney for over a decade, am admitted to the bar in both New York and California, and maintain a law office in West Hollywood, California. I have litigated and settled many complex and not-so-complex matters in that time. I have a wealth of experience acquired both inside and outside of the courtroom which assists him in all aspects of his work on behalf of the firm and his clients. He has clerked for two judges and, prior to attending law school, worked in politics for many years.

Practice Summary

I handle a broad range of Family Law matters in and around Los Angeles, CA including but not limited to: Dissolution (Divorce), Dissolution of Registered Domestic Partnerships, Partition of Real Estate, Child Custody, Spousal and Child Support, Modifications of Judgments/Orders, Premarital & Postnuptial Agreements, Cohabitation and co-ownership agreements, LGBTQ Family Law. I also provide attorney services to help intended parents navigate the legalities of creating families through surrogacy or other means involving assisted reproduction technology such as embryo and sperm donation. I represent gestational surrogates as well as gamete donors in creating agreements that are tailored to their needs. I have also represented a number of families seeking second parent adoptions.
