I'm a business lawyer that probably understands the plight of serial entrepreneurs better than most. In addition to my role as Outside General Counsel with Griffin, I have an additional four for-profit businesses, as well as a 501(c)(3) dedicated to start-up entrepreneurship. Our primary services consists of our role as outside General Counsel. Additional Services we offer include (1) Buy/Sell Small Business, (2) Entity Formation & Strategy, and (3) Estate Planning For Entrepreneurs.
