Certified Trial Attorneys are attorneys approved by the Supreme Court due to their expertise in their specialty area and success in obtaining favorable jury verdicts. Only 2% of attorneys in New Jersey have the distinction and the certification is a pre-requisite to ethically paying attorneys fees in New Jersey. Mescall Law, PC takes pride in its advocacy for its clients by maximizing their recoveries while employing an empathetic and understanding touch to client matters. Having graduated from Rutgers University magna cum laude with a double major in History and Political Science, Max received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall Law, he received numerous honors, including serving on the Editorial Board of the Seton Hall Law Review and as a Leadership Fellow and competing on the Seton Hall Interscholastic Moot Court Team. He has served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice of The Supreme Court of New Jersey, and as Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Scott J.
