Personal Introduction

Melissa Jeda received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Ave Maria School of Law in 2013 and currently resides on the east coast of Florida with her husband and two sons. After a short time as an associate attorney, she became a partner at the law firm of Miller, Hollander & Jeda, in late 2015. She is well rounded and possesses a high degree of knowledge of the Federal Rules and regulations. Her professional interests focus on ensuring her clients receive the personal attention they deserve in order to resolve their financial struggles, believing that each case is Unique. Mrs. Jeda practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USTPO) and the Libary of Congress on copyright matters. She is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Division of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
