Personal Introduction

I have considerable experience advising businesses on general corporate matters and I’ve counseled startup and early stage businesses as well as established businesses corporate, contracts, employment and intellectual property matters. Recognizing that every business had individualized needs and objectives, I work with clients to carry out their goals through a personalized approach. I’m extremely client focused and responsive, and provide clients with practical advice. I joined Meyer Law because I wanted to serve as an advocate for my clients, not a roadblock. I appreciate that at Meyer Law, I get to know our clients, their needs, and can adapt my approach to best serve them. I was seeking a firm that understands the inherent risks of entrepreneurship and works to educate and support clients. I’ve found in Meyer Law a collaborative environment, not one that is cutthroat and competitive. I also appreciate the flexibility and being evaluated on providing great legal services, not the number of hours I bill as is typical with other law firms. I’m a graduate of Purdue University Calumet and Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
