Personal Introduction
I'm the managing partner of a personal injury practice encompassing 30 states. Prior to crossing the v., I practiced as an AmLaw 100 partner for 10 years on the defense side, with experience as a criminal prosecutor prior to that. I have tried 50 cases first chair. My cases have ranged from atty/med/architect/engineer malpractice; construction defect; toxic and environmental tort (most notably, ethylene oxide), trucking and auto, premises liability and negligent security, dram shop, sexual assault, and all manner of high exposure catastrophic loss and wrongful death.
