Michael Familetti is a 1984 graduate of Vermont Law School and is admitted to practice in Georgia and all Federal Districts. He passed the NY bar exam in New York, also, and has worked around the country on behalf of 2 federal agencies, before he entered private practice.. He has been published on bankruptcy topics, and can handle a wide variety of legal matters, including Chapter 7 , 11 and 13 bankruptcy. He also handles state court lawsuits, evictions and lien matters. Personal injury cases are also accepted on a case-by-case basis.
