Michael Familetti is a 1984 graduate of Vermont Law School and is admitted to practice in Georgia and all Federal Districts. He passed the NY bar exam in New York, also, and has worked around the country on behalf of 2 federal agencies, before he entered private practice.. He has been published on bankruptcy topics, and can handle a wide variety of legal matters, including Chapter 7 , 11 and 13 bankruptcy. He also handles state court lawsuits, evictions and lien matters. Personal injury cases are also accepted on a case-by-case basis. Mr. Familetti has been counsel in several cases resulting in million dollar recoveries. We also handle lien perfection matters, drafting of leases, contracts, corporate and partnership agreements, and defensive creditor litigation. We practice in many of the metro-Atlanta counties.
