Personal Introduction

I am a solo practitioner based out of West Akron, Ohio. My practice is unique because construction law is a somewhat niche area of the law and not many people practice in that area as much as I do. I am also situated geographically where I can easily handle cases in over half of Ohio, and can handle cases in the rest of the state with minimal travel.

Practice Summary

I am a litigator with a focus on construction litigation, especially payment disputes and disputes related to workmanship. I typically represent homeowners in residential matters, and commercial entities such as owners and subcontractors in commercial construction disputes. I round out my practice with litigation related to other matters including business disputes, wrongful termination, and torts.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work

One of my big hobbies is boating in the lakes of Ohio, including Lake Erie. I also volunteer for various charities in Ohio, assisting with entertainment for charitable events for charities such as Rec2Connect, Kids in Flight, and the Highland Community Foundation.
