Personal Introduction

The common thread in all that Mona does is helping people reach opportunities that may be available to everyone, but only accessible to some. As a tax attorney she has helped widows understand the complexities of estate administration, she has worked with entrepreneurs to create businesses as well as dissolve them, she has helped nonprofits rise to the opportunities that come with growth, and she has helped clients navigate the Internal Revenue Service. While these services are important, she found that clients wanted more. They had a need that went beyond legal advice. This need resulted in the founding of Stellar 5 Consulting, LLC. Stellar 5 Consulting works in seemingly diverse fields: healthcare, HBCU’s, workforce development, law firms, technology, and many more. While Mona is not an expert in all of these fields, what she is an expert in is helping people and organizations cut through the red tape and habits that keep them from reaching all the opportunity that already exists and is waiting for them. Seeing the transformation in businesses and leaders once they’ve learned how to unlock what they already have at their disposal, fueled Mona’s desire to reach more people through speaking. Her talks and workshops are tailored to each audience, but at the core they include the following: Access to opportunity can be achieved with the right mindset, the resources, and the tools to take advantage of what is already there. This message applies to organizations that wonder why other organizations or institutions are receiving all the funding. It also applies to people who have had a gap in employment, either voluntary or involuntary, and may feel it’s too late to do what they love or don’t know where to begin. Mona has helped individuals and businesses find their own roadmaps for success through one-to-one consulting and workshops for years. She wants to make this information accessible to EVERYONE. If you are looking for someone to transform your organization and teach your audience how to be the ones that find opportunity and create change, Mona Reza is the speaker for your next event.
