Personal Introduction
Ms. Alsaadi presently focuses her practice on a variety of business, corporate and litigation matters including commerical agreements, technology transactions, business and corporate law with an emphasis on technology matters such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) cryptocurrency, mobile app compliance, and privacy. Ms. Alsaadi also handles business formation and finance matters, partnership disputes and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Cohen Business Law Group, Ms. Alsaadi litigated over 70 consumer protection cases in State and Federal courts. She also worked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office - preliminary hearings division - where she drafted and argued motions, cross-examined witnesses, and developed her court room presence. Additionally, she clerked for Hon. Judge Sabina Helton where she had the unique experience of interpreting the law from a Judge’s perspective. Ms. Alsaadi attended Southwestern Law School where she earned her J.D. with distinction and a concentration on Technology Law and Entrepreneurship. Prior to attending law school she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of California, Irvine. Ms. Alsaadi currently serves as a Vice President of a non-profit organization and enjoys abstract art, trying new coffee shops, coding, and reading Arabic literature.
