Personal Introduction

With over two decades of expertise in employment law across New York and Georgia, I have dedicated my career to guiding businesses through the complexities of employment law compliance.  After more than 10 years at prominent law firms, I launched my own firm, Castor Sprattlin Law Group LLC (CSLG), in 2011 and have served as a go-to employment counsel for a diverse group of small to medium-sized companies. At CSLG, we have not only assisted businesses during employment disputes but have also crafted proactive measures and implemented effective strategies to reduce workplace conflicts and avoid litigation. We routinely conduct thorough wage and hour audits, evaluate employment procedures for adherence, and investigate employee claims. In addition, we support business owners and professionals in securing their families' future and assets through comprehensive estate planning, including the creation of wills, trusts and other ancillary documents (e.g. power of attorney etc.). Additionally, we provide assistance with the submission of necessary petitions to probate courts and guide clients through the probate process.
