Attorney Natalie M. Straley graduated from Clemson University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech & Communications. There she became appointed one of 12 student body Supreme Court Justices, and an award-winning member of the universities competitive debate team. She later elected to pursue trial advocacy and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school she became recognized as a distinguished student and award-winning trial advocacy competitor. Natalie was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia in 2003. She began her legal career serving as outside litigation defense counsel for leading insurance companies, focusing on severe and permanent spinal injuries, brain injuries, permanent disfigurement, and wrongful death MVA, trucking, pedestrian, construction, products liability, and premises liability cases. Natalie later became a distinguished member of a national trial consultation firm, partnering with top U.S. law firms and renowned attorneys handling complex and high-profile litigation cases from the moment a crisis occurred through discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and jury selection. There she worked closely with forensics, scene recreationists, medical, and human behavior experts to develop and deploy winning litigation strategies. Attorney Straley would later apply her unique experience and inside knowledge to assist plaintiffs to recover millions of dollars in compensation for their personal injuries.
