Nathaniel Clark is a senior litigating attorney at Countrywide Trial Lawyers, APLC. Nathaniel has 14 years of litigation experience and has represented personal injury plaintiffs for the majority of his career. Although he has valuable experience working as a personal injury defense attorney, Nathaniel's passion is helping people and fighting insurance companies to get the best possible results for his clients. His experience is bolstered by trying over forty court trials and multiple jury trials. Having represented major corporations and insurance companies in litigation, Nathaniel understands both sides of the table and leverages his knowledge to his clients' advantage. Nathaniel has successfully represented personal injury clients in wrongful deaths, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries and spinal surgeries. He represents clients who were injured in various circumstances, from car accidents and premises liability to products liability and government entity negligence. Nathaniel obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from UCSD & McGeorge School of Law, respectively in 2007 and 2010. During Nathaniel's third year of law school, he worked for the United States Attorney's Office as a misdemeanor law clerk prosecutor and took multiple cases to successful verdicts in federal court. Nathaniel was an editor and published author of the Law Review and a competing member of the Moot Court Team.
