Neil Gulyako

Personal Introduction

Neil Gulyako is an employment litigation associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Neil handles all types of employment litigation, such as cases involving race, sex, religion, age, national origin, harassment, and disability discrimination, as well as cases involving trade secret misappropriation, unauthorized use of trade secrets, and violations of agreements relating to confidentiality and solicitation. He also regularly counsels employers on various issues, including employment classification, hiring practices, employee terminations, severance, federal and state wage and hour laws, misuse of information, trade secrets, and numerous other issues that arise under federal, state, or local labor and employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Neil was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where his practice involved employment litigation, complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters. Previously, Neil worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement.
