I handle all varieties of business litigation, with a focus on business torts and securities fraud cases from the Plaintiff's side. Many of my cases involve fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims against stockbrokers, investment advisors, trustees, and officers and directors of corporations. I also handle many cases involving disputes between business partners, including shareholder oppression cases. I practice in state and federal court, as well as in AAA and FINRA arbitration. Where appropriate, I like to handle cases on contingent fees.
