Nicole Cointreau is a California-licensed attorney with experience handling a diverse array of intricate litigation cases at both the state and federal levels. She has skillfully managed various legal matters, including breach of contract, securities disputes, business torts, insurance coverage issues, wrongful death matters, and tenants’ rights. Ms. Cointreau boasts an impressive track record of successfully resolving cases through dispositive motions, such as motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and demurrers. EDUCATION Her education includes a J.D. and a Masters in Dispute Resolution, both acquired from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, which has equipped her with valuable experience in effectively negotiating settlements while maintaining a strong command of all litigation aspects, from case initiation to trial. Graduating cum laude from Loyola Marymount University and Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Ms. Cointreau actively participated in various leadership roles during her legal education. She served as the President of Phi Delta Phi International Honor Society and held the position of Community Outreach Chair for the Women’s Legal Association.
