Nikki is a seasoned lawyer with in-depth knowledge in the business, entertainment and technology spaces, including start-ups, intellectual property, contracts, and corporate governance. Throughout her legal career, Nikki has supported multimillion and billion-dollar companies as in-house and fractional external counsel. Preceding Sorare, Nikki supported clients at an international fractional general counsel firm representing the biggest names in the food, film, and commercial industries. Nikki has also practiced entertainment immigration law, where she focused on obtaining O-1, P, EB-1, and EB-2 visas for entertainers, artists, and athletes, and represented clients in USCIS interviews.
