Personal Introduction

Nikki is a seasoned lawyer with in-depth knowledge in the business, entertainment and technology spaces, including start-ups, intellectual property, contracts, and corporate governance. Throughout her legal career, Nikki has supported multimillion and billion-dollar companies as in-house and fractional external counsel. Nikki takes pride in developing strong relationships with her clients and a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique business and legal needs, and goes above and beyond to maximize client satisfaction and always deliver cost-effective legal services with an eye toward business efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to founding Patina City Law, Nikki worked in-house at blockchain-based, global sports entertainment platform, Sorare, focusing on marketing and licensing, deal making, sweepstakes, and brand protection. Preceding Sorare, Nikki supported clients at an international fractional general counsel firm representing the biggest names in the food, film, and commercial industries. Nikki has also practiced entertainment immigration law, where she focused on obtaining O-1, P, EB-1, and EB-2 visas for entertainers, artists, and athletes, and represented clients in USCIS interviews.
