Personal Introduction

I am a strategist, entrepreneur and business litigator focused on providing practical legal advice aligned with the business goals. I help my clients maximize their intellectual property assets by protecting and enforcing their IP rights. I specialize in efficiently navigating complex business litigation while safeguarding my clients' business interests. My clients range from small start-ups and select individuals to large multinational corporations. I especially enjoy working with women-owned and minority-owned businesses. I practiced for several years at one of the premier IP firms in the country. I was also senior in-house counsel for a leading pharmaceutical company and founded my own successful boutique firm. This unique experience allows me to provide practical and results-oriented solutions to my clients. I have litigated a variety of patent, other IP and business cases in federal courts as well as before the Patent & Trademark Office. I have also procured patents and trademarks from the USPTO and counseled clients on their IP strategy. I have obtained significant victories both inside and outside the courtroom. I was selected to Law360’s Voices of the Bar as one of 50 IP experts in the U.S. I am a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a New York Super Lawyer. I have a Master in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. in optometry.
