Personal Introduction
I've been an attorney for over a decade and the majority of my legal career was spent in an in-house role in BigLaw working under the GC group where I negotiated, drafted, and reviewed a wide range of agreements (SaaS and data privacy agreements in the IT space, marketing agreements, HR-related agreements, consulting services agreements to name a few). In my current practice, I assist startups and entrepreneurs in obtaining the legal protections they need via trademarks, copyrights and contracts as well as provide business strategy support. For my more established clients, I offer monthly general counsel services. My clients range from those in the media and entertainment space, to coaches, tech companies, product based businesses (beauty and food products), authors, influencers, and talent management agencies. I also provide overflow help for other law firms.

Copyrights - registrations, infringement enforcement, C&Ds letters and responses, settlement agreements, handling unauthorized use of content. Agreements - reviews, drafting, and negotiations on a whole host of agreements such as, but not limited to: licensing agreements, book publishing agreements, talent management agreements, influencer agreement, sports management agreements, independent contractor agreements, coaching/consulting services agreements, NDAs, talent and model releases, shopping agreements, online terms of use, privacy policies, etc. Extensive experience with vendor MSAs and SOWs.
