I focus my practice on startups and entrepreneurs, providing corporate law and transactional services to support businesses and their owners from formation through exit. I am an entrepreneur myself, running my own law firm currently, and in a past life managing and owning a picture framing franchise, as well as working in the coffee and tea import business. I enjoy helping others take control of their careers through entrepreneurship. I operate a modern, hybrid law practice, combining virtual services with a physical office for local clients. While my client base is concentrated in California and Ohio, I have clients throughout the US as well as overseas.
