Paul Tokar is an associate attorney at Beitchman & Zekian, P.C. and focuses on complex civil litigation matters. He has particular experience representing both public and private companies, real estate investors, and individuals in a variety of litigations including contract issues, fiduciary duty issues, Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act claims, and insurance coverage.
