Paul Ulitsky is a tenacious litigator with valuable courtroom experience representing individuals injured in personal injury actions as well as victims of nursing home abuse and neglect. New York personal injury attorney Paul Ulitsky has dedicated his career to the representation of accident victims sustaining serious injuries in automobile accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect and medical malpractice claims. Paul Ulitsky is a graduate of Maurice A. Deane, School of Law at Hofstra University where he was an active member of the Dispute Resolution Society, competed interscholastically in negotiation competitions and was an active member of the family law society. At Hofstra, Paul was voted “Top Client Advocate” by the Dispute Resolution Society and was the Champion of the Hofstra Law, 2016 Negotiation Competition. Paul Ulitsky began his career representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect and then leveraged the skills and experiences learned in that area and applied it to representing all forms of victims who were injured through the negligence others. Paul Ulitsky is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member in good standing in the New York State Courts and in the United Stated Eastern District.
