For the past 13 years, I have been privileged to work with clients in finding strategies and solutions in estate planning, estate administration, probate, and immigration matters. With my experience, skills, and genuine concern for clients, I can help them navigate various legal issues with successful results. As part of a collaborative dynamic estate planning team, I assist individuals and families in achieving their goals in planning ahead while obtaining peace of mind. No family is exactly alike, so I enjoy working together to help you decide which distribution strategy best suits your situation, values and goals. I also represent clients in probate matters and small estate proceedings where court supervision is necessary. As the son of immigrants, I understand the need to have an advocate for you in your corner, so you can have the best chance of success in your case, without worrying if your case will be rejected, delayed, or denied. With the plethora of information on the internet, it is more important than ever to obtain accurate, up-to-date, personalized immigration advice – because the wrong information can hurt you. I appreciate the challenge and reward in representing individuals and families from all over the world with diverse backgrounds but similar goals. Over the years by achieving positive results for my clients with a human touch, I have developed long-lasting relationships, as many former clients continue to retain my services, or refer friends and family members. I have been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2008 and became a shareholder at Hillsboro Law Group PC in 2016.
