Rachel Campbell

Personal Introduction

Rachel E. Campbell is an Associate at DiFrancesco Bateman. Rachel is skilled in all aspects of the litigation process. Rachel has a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape. She has successfully represented clients in diverse areas, including but not limited to insurance defense, personal injury claims, contract disputes, and commercial litigation. In addition to her civil practice, Rachel is an Assistant Municipal Court Prosecutor in numerous townships throughout Morris, Somerset, and Hunterdon County. Rachel also represents victims of domestic violence in restraining order hearings. Rachel is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America. Upon graduation from law school, Rachel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Ballard Jr. P.J.Civ. in both the Civil and Family Law Divisions of Warren and Somerset County. While clerking, she assisted in the preparation of both oral and written decisions, as well as conducted mediations in the areas of family, and civil law. Rachel was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2022.
