Ramsey Taylor

Personal Introduction

Ramsey Taylor has practiced as a business lawyer for more than 20 years, in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He worked at large firms, small boutique firms, an energy company, and two start-ups - including one back during the original dot com revolution. He has handled almost every aspect of the business and contracting cycle and has supported shareholders, Boards and management. He enjoys working directly with clients and watching them succeed and grow their businesses. Whether the client needs general counsel services, start-up advice, legal representation and assistance in an international deal, or strategic tax advice, Ramsey obtained his Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary in 1996 and a Masters in Laws in Taxation from New York University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington D.C. He has lived and practiced law in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Ramsey supports Cavalier Rescue USA by fostering rescue dogs and donating 1% of all firm profits to the organization (you can donate at the bottom of the page). In his free time Ramsey reads lots of Science Fiction and can be found with his two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in Central Park.
