Rana Jazayerli has nearly twenty-five (25) years of experience as a litigator and immigration attorney. A graduate of Columbia Law School in New York, since 2007 Ms. Jazayerli has focused her legal practice on U.S. immigration law, representing individuals and employers on a broad range of immigration matters, including the hiring of foreign nationals under temporary employment visa categories such as H-1Bs and L-1As, employer sponsorship for permanent residency, family-based sponsorship, naturalization to U.S. citizen, and a wide variety of other immigration case types.
