Randall R. Saxton is the founding attorney of Saxton Law, PLLC, and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, IRS tax installment agreements, and estate planning - including wills, business formation, mediation, and property management. Randall also serves as the Commanding Officer for the 1st Support Brigade of the Mississippi State Guard, on the Board of Directors of R&S Development, Inc. and Randall Saxton Real Estate, Inc. Randall is the author of both the fictional thriller, "Red Sky Warning", and "Bankruptcy: The Path to Recovery." Randall does volunteer work with the Mission First Legal Aid Clinic, on the technology committee of The Mississippi Bar, and as a Deputy Sheriff on the Board of Directors of R&S Development, Inc., Randall Saxton Real Estate, Inc., and the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. Randall is a graduate of Mississippi College, where he majored in History and English, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 2006, as well as winning a national championship in powerlifting. He also holds a Master of Social Sciences in Administration of Justice, studying abroad in Montpellier, France, before attending law school at the Mississippi College School of Law, and graduating from there in 2010 as a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
