Todd is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice before all Texas State Courts and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and in the state of Arkansas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Todd earned his undergraduate degree from the Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University of Law.
