Personal Introduction
Rebecca Oliver came to the Maryland Department of Health in 2012. She is a currently a Health Policy Analyst Advanced at MDH where she is responsible for the Balancing Incentive Program and implementing the Federal Community S ettings rule. She has a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University, MPA in Public Administration from the Maxwell School, and a JD in Law from New York University. She is a licensed attorney in Maryland and several other jurisdictions. Rebecca hopes to use her time on the Council to help increase community integration and services.
