Personal Introduction

I am a plaintiff's personal injury lawyer serving Southwest Austin and the surrounding areas. I represent individuals that have been hurt by the negligence of other people or companies. I began my career managing a group of economic loss cases which recovered over $50 million for hundreds of clients following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Since 2015, I have focused primarily on representing individuals injured in car crashes, slip and falls, or on a job site. In September 2020, I opened my own law firm to continue representing injured Texans.

Practice Summary

All types of personal injury: Trucking crashes; auto, bicycle, pedestrian crashes; premises liability. Before, during, and after law school, I managed a mass tort economic loss docket. Over 8 years, we collected more than $50 million for hundreds of clients related to losses from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Since 2018, I have focused on single-event tort cases, first as an employee and now as a firm owner. The majority of my practice is litigation, maintaining a relatively small docket of higher-value cases, with a focus on resolution through or close to trial.
