Personal Introduction
Mr. Lloyd joined Cappello & Noël LLP in 2015 as a paralegal and became an associate upon passing the California State Bar exam in 2020. He is intimately involved in all of the firm’s cases, from intake to preparing for and providing trial support for multi-week trials and arbitrations. Originally from Great Britain, he worked in London advising clients, negotiating legal fees and conducting detailed assessments on a variety of costs matters including multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, high profile defamation cases and complex clinical negligence claims. After relocating to the U.S. in 2010, he provided consulting services to legal fee experts and litigation finance providers in both the U.K. and U.S.
